- We have had consultants come in and speak with everyone individually and have used a survey that was sent out and independently graded.

Everyone is welcome to control their fate as almost all employees have a commission or bonus structure on top of their salary.
Our company offers manufacturer training as well as a training specialist on-staff. All employees are welcome to transition to any department they choose, complete with a training module and new pay structure.
Our insurance company offers rebates for good health and regular gym visits and the Company pays for the majority of all employees’ insurance premiums.
Car allowances for outside sales reps, remote work from home employees and extra understanding when it comes to kids and family.
How corporate vision is communicated:
We have a Monday Morning Inspirational Video followed by a speech by our owner where he communicates his vision for the following week – for each employee as well as the company as a whole. Each week brings its own set of surprises and employee recognition!

Many of our contractors we have never met and therefore do not choose who we do business based on age or race. We do, however, choose to patron small and local businesses.
Reps are able to make decisions about customer contact, installations, configurations and overall sales. The support team is encouraged to make on-the-spot decisions about quoting and shipping methods that will effect profit and delivery times which derives customer satisfaction.
Team members are often asked to watch training videos and take tests based on the material. This helps our company stay knowledgeable on the current and ever-changing standards of our business. Our employees go out of their way to understand what it is that they’re selling.
Employees are recognized for their accomplishments every Monday with the whole company present. We also have designated parking spots for rock stars, early birds and employee of the month.
Our open sales floor environment breeds excitement, positive competition and the flat screen TV’s mounted on the sales floor keep everyone up-to-date on current events and business trends.

Every transaction could not be completed without teamwork! It takes a sales rep to make a sale, the support team to process the order, the accounting team to receive and/or provide payment and our service department to complete the install. Without everyone working together our business would not succeed.
The company offers time-off for grieving and flexible work hours, when needed. We are also encouraged to attend school events and bring our children in to our office for visits regularly to see what we do and be a part of the Nexxtworks Family. Treadmills on the sales floor help everyone stay active and healthy and quiet areas keep the team calm and focused.
We have supported healthy living by providing gym memberships to everyone and having extra understanding when it comes to family – if someone needs to pick up their kid(s) they’re welcome to leave and bring them back. We also have treadmills on our sales floor for people to walk and talk and an office with couches if someone needs a break.
Each department has set work hours and holidays but those dates and times are always flexible, per each employee’s needs using the Company’s Google Calendar and a time-off form.
Every employee starts with 40 hours of vacation time and accrues more time each month throughout the year. An employee can earn up to 6-weeks of paid time off over a year’s time.
