  • The leadership is invested in the team as a family, not just a business. They know, practice and live the values that they are only as good as the people that work for them. It is the culture of our executives to engage in the well being of each and every member of the team on a peer standing level.

Advancement Opportunities:

Through the diverse pool of associates at the company, the encouragement of information sharing allows team members to acquire new skills and knowledge as well as improve their existing skill sets. With the incorporation of new technologies and methodologies, the leadership encourages and provides training for the team members to ensure they have the appropriate skills to successfully support and promote the technology capabilities.

Training opportunities:

We encourage peer-to-peer training as well as training/knowledge improvement with partner learning portals/processes.

Medical benefits:

The medical benefits, with the allowance provided by the company, are extraordinary. Basically out of pocket for most employees consists of deductible and a very small contribution from salary….very small.

Special accommodations:

Remote work locations, technology provisions, consistent contact and team interactions

Community service/charitable causes:

Yes, through volunteer efforts and donations. Team members are encouraged to contribute to the community in any way they can, including during business hours, with full support of the company leadership.

Measuring satisfaction:

Satisfaction is measured via survey and feedback forms.

Effecting change:

Open brainstorming with peers and leadership. Ideation is supported and concepts are allowed to be brought to a test and learn environment. They are very open to positive change and process improvements.

Work/life balance:

Through remote work efforts and flexible schedules. I personally experienced a life threatening event in my family requiring me to spend many days at a hospital for over 11 weeks.  The leadership not only supported my need to work some very strange hours, they encouraged my engagement with my family. A true blessing having not been here even 1 year yet when it happened.

Creative meeting places:

We will hold a meeting wherever and whenever possible especially with a team that is all over the country including dinner events, while driving in traffic, etc.

Perks:

When visiting the home office, lunch is brought in every day, and it is an ordering adventure. We have the best executive administrative assistant who is a whiz at making sure the orders are correct and delivered warm and fresh. We “spin the wheel” for lunch options.

Fun:

Aside from the home offices being decorated like a super hero’s lair, we have great fun with games that break up the stress of the day such as connect 4, nerf shooting, and my favorite cornhole tournaments.

Physical environment

See above, how many offices do you know where the décor is based on Marvel comics and we are all considered super heros?

Collaboration tools:

We use many technologies such as web conferencing, instant messaging, email, etc.

How corporate vision is communicated:

The vision is posted on the walls in the corporate offices. For the remote workers, constant communication, visuals, and presentations continue to promote our corporate vision.

Teamwork:

For our company team mate doesn’t describe the environment, we are a family. We treat each other with respect as well as with an appreciation for the individuality that each member of our family brings to the table. Through collaboration, open brain storming, and comfortable environment we are able to achieve success.

Empowering employees:

When first joining the team, a new member was asked to review the existing reporting structure and offer opportunities for improvement. Given the new members vast experience in this area-the member presented initial findings. The leadership recognized the opportunity and turned over the process to the new member to drive the peers to resolve and revamp the reporting process providing weekly updates of progress. In a fairly short time, through empowerment and taking ownership the product was revamped to provide accurate, stream lined reporting capabilities to the customers. Collaboration with team build comradery and the empowerment built confidence in the team member as being a value add.

Ensuring well-being:

Absolutely. Given my personal example of needing to spend time at the hospital for months, I was offered many times options to lean on others and a friendly call to just “check on how I am holding up”. As I stated before, the leadership is invested in the team as a family, not just a business. They know, practice and live the values that they are only as good as the people that work for them.  It is the culture of our executives to engage in the well being of each and every member of the team on a peer standing level. They get in, pull their sleeves up and work side by side each member of the team with an attitude that no job is beneath them nor is anyone a subordinate. It is the reason why I personally selected to join the company. I had many choices at the time. I joined ethosIQ to be part of an innovative, superior technology company, to deliver a product/service that I only dreamed existed, with supportive leadership that made me feel like the success of the company was in my hands. It has been the best move I have made in career to date.

Closing company statements: Our culture is to embrace innovation while providing supreme services to our customers. The right candidate would have knowledge without arrogance, a desire to continue to grow in knowledge and skills, a willingness to be a leader as well as a contributor, and be forth coming with ideas or solutions. An outgoing personality is a must. They must be familiar with contact center technology and processes as well as end to end data correlation to best suit our customer needs.
