ScanSource’s desire to give back to the communities in which our global employees live and work began shortly after our founding in 1992. Since then, ScanSource has invested nearly $21 million in communities across the world. These funds are focused on community enrichment, education, environment, leadership development, recruiting, welfare of children, and workforce development.
Measuring satisfaction:
ScanSource administers employee engagement surveys and conducts focus group sessions, which provide participants opportunities to share their feedback and help the organization improve. In 2023, ScanSource launched an anonymous employee engagement survey.
