All Reinvent employees undergo at least two guided training courses as part of their annual goals for each fiscal year. These training courses are established with their department head to ensure they align with the department’s overall goals and are relevant to job functions. Reinvent aims to educate employees on new technology and capabilities, which is paramount for a technology company.
Reinvent has an Employee Engagement Committee to close gaps between Reinvent’s senior leadership and more junior employees.

Reinvent’s parent company, Saddleback Communications, offers low-income and affordable connectivity programs for residential customers in the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community (SRPMIC) so that Internet access services are more accessible to residents of the Community.

Reinvent uses Gallup surveys quarterly to measure employee satisfaction. Scores are tracked in Gallup; whenever there is a 20% drop, Reinvent teams must address it. Communication and Collaboration Tools:
Reinvent uses MaX UC, MaX Meeting and Microsoft Teams collaboration tools, in addition to providing IP desk phones and conference phones to select staff members to coordinate between remote and office-based employees. Viva Engage is also used for community-based interactions. Conference rooms on-site in Scottsdale, Arizona, have video cameras.
All resources that Reinvent employees need to use are stored in a Microsoft SharePoint library that can be accessed securely remotely. All tools are cloud-based, so all employees have access to them.

Reinvent’s corporate vision gets communicated to our team during monthly all-hands meetings and the onboarding process of every new employee. The leadership team has weekly meetings. Managers have monthly meetings as well. Each department has its own weekly meetings. Entrepreneurial operating systems are used in the structure of meetings.
