  • At our company, we place a high priority on flexibility and empathy when it comes to the health and well-being of our employees.

Advancement Opportunities:

We are deeply committed to fostering professional growth and advancement for our team. One key way we support this is by investing in ongoing education—covering the cost of technical certifications that help our team members sharpen their expertise and expand into new specialties. We also prioritize internal mobility, creating clear pathways for promotion and leadership development. Our team members benefit from working across a diverse client base, each with unique environments and challenges. This variety not only strengthens their technical versatility but also accelerates their professional growth by exposing them to a broad spectrum of IT systems and business needs that they may want to specialize in.

Community service/charitable causes:

Supporting our community through service and charitable giving is a core part of who we are. We believe that giving back should be both accessible and encouraged, which is why we offer every employee a paid half-day each quarter to volunteer with a local charity or cause of their choice. This initiative empowers our team to make a meaningful impact in their communities while reinforcing the value we place on service.

In addition to individual volunteer efforts, we actively partner with a wide range of nonprofit organizations and support them through financial donations, event participation, and awareness efforts. By aligning with diverse causes, we’re able to contribute to initiatives that matter to our team and our broader community.

This multi-faceted approach—combining hands-on service with philanthropic support—reflects our commitment to being a responsible and engaged organization, both inside and outside of the workplace.

Measuring satisfaction:

Understanding and improving team member satisfaction is a continuous priority for us. One of the ways we do this is by embedding intentional communication and feedback opportunities into each department’s weekly Level 10 (L10) meetings. These structured forums create a consistent space for open dialogue, where team members can share feedback, voice concerns, and suggest improvements in a constructive and transparent environment.

Beyond surfacing day-to-day insights, these meetings allow leadership to stay closely connected to team sentiment, helping us identify trends and proactively address issues before they become roadblocks. This ongoing feedback loop plays a key role in enhancing the employee experience and reinforcing our commitment to listening, adapting, and growing together.

Work/Life:

At our company, we prioritize work-life balance and offer a variety of paid time off (PTO) initiatives to support our team in achieving it.

Our generous accrual-based PTO policy encourages employees to take time off to recharge, pursue personal interests, and maintain a healthy work-life balance. We also incentivize long-term commitment through tenure-based increases in accrued time off, rewarding loyalty and dedication to the company.

To further support flexibility, we offer paid flex holiday days, allowing employees to observe holidays that may not be recognized company-wide. In addition, we provide paid volunteer days, promoting community engagement and personal fulfillment while supporting the causes that matter to our team.

Beyond time off, we host several company events throughout the year to bring our teams closer and foster camaraderie. While some events are employee-only, our larger quarterly gatherings are open to team members and their families. For instance, every year, we take our team to a Seattle Mariners game, inviting employees, their partners, and children to enjoy an evening together at the ballpark. We also host a family BBQ every summer at one of our employees’ homes and organize an annual outing to a local fall festival, complete with pumpkin patches, apple launches, carnival rides, and more.

These perks aren’t just about balancing work and personal life—they’re about building strong relationships, celebrating together, and creating lasting memories as a team.

Perks:

To enhance the employee experience, we offer a range of special perks that promote a positive and collaborative work environment:

  • For our in-office employees, we provide a weekly paid lunch, giving everyone the chance to relax, recharge, and connect with colleagues in a casual setting.
  • We also ensure that transportation to and from company events is seamless by offering Uber rides, making it easy for all employees to attend and enjoy these gatherings without any hassle.
  • Our commitment to fostering a strong team culture is reflected in our regular company events, including monthly and quarterly get-togethers.
  • Additionally, we offer several benefits to support work-life balance and personal well-being. Employees receive a paid day off for their birthday, as well as two paid volunteer days annually to give back to the community. And as an added perk, the longer you work here, the more PTO you earn, rewarding long-term dedication and ensuring ample time off to rest and recharge.

Fun:

While our team is dedicated to productivity during work hours, we also recognize the importance of fostering a fun and supportive work environment. To balance this, we host quarterly company events that allow team members to unwind, socialize, and build stronger connections in a relaxed setting.

These events feature a variety of activities, such as private roller skating rink rentals, attending local sporting events, family BBQs, happy hours, and seasonal outings like ice skating and fall festivals. By integrating these fun experiences into our corporate culture, we create opportunities for our team to bond outside of work, fostering a sense of camaraderie and shared enjoyment that strengthens our team dynamic.

Communication and Collaboration Tools:

To support seamless communication across our hybrid workforce, we rely on a suite of collaborative tools that keep our team connected and aligned—regardless of location. Microsoft Teams acts as our communication hub, enabling instant messaging, video calls, and effortless file sharing all in one place. For deeper collaboration, we use Microsoft SharePoint, which provides centralized file access and real-time co-authoring capabilities that streamline document management and teamwork. To maintain alignment and accountability, we also leverage Ninety—an EOS-style platform designed for goal tracking, task management, and meeting rhythms. Together, these tools create a flexible and efficient digital workspace that supports both in-office and remote team members.

As a technology-focused organization, we’re committed to equipping our team with the tools they need to succeed—no matter where they’re working. From day one, new hires receive a full set of essential hardware, including laptops, monitors, docking stations, and headphones, to ensure a smooth transition into remote or hybrid work. We also maintain a proactive approach to tech upgrades, regularly refreshing equipment to keep our team operating on the latest and most efficient tools. Should any device become outdated or damaged, we have a quick and efficient replacement process in place, minimizing downtime and keeping productivity high.

How corporate vision is communicated:

We ensure our corporate vision is consistently communicated and reinforced through a cadence of structured touchpoints. Monthly all-staff meetings, weekly team huddles, and regular one-on-one check-ins with managers provide multiple channels for sharing updates, aligning on strategic goals, and emphasizing our core values. These meetings foster a culture of transparency and two-way communication, helping every team member stay connected to the bigger picture and clearly understand how their individual contributions drive our collective success.

Empowering employees:

At our company, recognizing and celebrating employee contributions is a key part of our culture. We’ve built a variety of recognition programs—both formal and informal—to spotlight achievements and reinforce the behaviors that align with our core values: Be a team player, Growth mindset, Do the right thing, Take ownership, and Quick and precise.

Internally, we use Microsoft Teams notifications to highlight day-to-day wins and small victories across the organization, ensuring everyone feels seen and appreciated. We also leverage Crewhu Bucks, our peer-to-peer recognition platform, where team members can reward each other for outstanding work or living out our values. Technical team members also benefit by receiving additional Crewhu bucks for positive client reviews. These points are redeemable for gift cards, tech, swag, and more—encouraging a culture of appreciation and camaraderie.

To further build community and celebrate team efforts, we host weekly catered lunches in the office. These gatherings provide a consistent opportunity for team members to connect, unwind, and enjoy a shared meal together—strengthening relationships and reinforcing our people-first culture.

To take recognition a step further, we present ten annual awards at our annual holiday party that celebrate individuals who best embody each of our five core values. These awards are a meaningful way to honor the people who go above and beyond and serve as role models within our team.

Externally, we celebrate employee achievements in company-wide meetings and through financial bonuses, reinforcing our ongoing commitment to recognizing and rewarding excellence at every level.

We foster a culture of empowerment by encouraging every team member to take an active role in shaping how we work and grow—as guided by the EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) management philosophy. One of the key ways we put this into practice is through our structured Level 10 (L10) meetings, where a dedicated segment is reserved for identifying, discussing, and solving issues.

This approach creates a consistent and meaningful space for team members to voice concerns, share ideas, and contribute to operational improvements. It’s more than just a meeting—it’s a feedback loop that fuels continuous improvement and reinforces that everyone has a voice in driving the company forward. By turning conversations into action, we empower our people to be both problem-solvers and change-makers.

At our company, we give team members the freedom to make decisions and suggest improvements by tapping into their expertise and encouraging collaboration. Innovation is a big part of our culture, so we actively invite employees to share their ideas on how to streamline processes and improve workflows to make everything run more smoothly.

This creates an environment of constant improvement, where decisions come from a variety of perspectives—not just top-down orders. We believe that by valuing input from everyone, we can find better, more effective solutions.

Our team also has a lot of autonomy in their roles, which means they can make choices that not only help them achieve their personal goals but also contribute to the team’s overall success. This style of management helps build a sense of ownership and pride in the work they do, since they have a direct impact on the results.

Ensuring well-being:

Our vacation and PTO policy is crafted with employee well-being and work-life balance at its core. PTO hours are accrued based on both hours worked and tenure, ensuring that employees are rewarded for their time with the company. New hires can accumulate over 8 hours (a full day) off each month, while more tenured employees earn additional time off.

In addition to regular PTO, we offer two paid flex holiday days, allowing employees to observe personal holidays that may not be company-wide, as well as two paid volunteer days to support community service efforts. This results in at least 14 days of PTO (approximately two weeks) each year, not including company-observed holidays.

Our flexible PTO policy also includes the option to roll over up to 40 hours annually, meaning that unused time doesn’t disappear at the end of the year. This allows our team to take the time they need to rest, recharge, and pursue personal interests without the pressure of losing earned PTO.

At our company, we place a high priority on flexibility and empathy when it comes to the health and well-being of our employees. We recognize that personal time off may be necessary for physical health, mental well-being, or caretaking responsibilities, and we fully support our team in taking the time they need.

Our leadership team is committed to mental health initiatives and fosters an open, supportive environment where employees feel comfortable discussing their needs. We believe that health always comes first, and we actively work to ensure that our employees feel valued, heard, and supported. Work will never take precedence over an employee’s well-being, and we remain unwavering in this commitment.

Closing company statements:

We place a strong emphasis on company culture and employee engagement, offering a variety of initiatives like monthly and quarterly events, paid lunches, and a highly collaborative atmosphere. By fostering an environment of inclusivity, innovation, and camaraderie, we create a space where top talent can thrive, develop professionally, and make meaningful contributions to a growing, forward-thinking team.
