We provide unique advancement and development opportunities through a variety of tailored programs. Our approach includes options for specialized training at both, individual and group levels, participation in cross-functional projects, and early access to internal job openings before they are posted externally. Recently, we’ve initiated a company-funded sponsorship for our Project Based Onboarding team to obtain PMP certifications.
Additionally, we’ve made available a comprehensive course catalog from the Digital Marketing Institute specifically for our Marketing & Sales Enablement team members. Regular internal training sessions led by company subject matter experts ensure that all team members are well-versed in our solution portfolio and understand the various ways we add value to our partners and customers.

We are extremely open to supporting causes brought to our attention by team members, Partners, or customers. As a corporate sponsor of Nourish NJ, the BCN Care Team (Creating a Rewarding Environment) recently hosted a local farmer’s market for underserved individuals in the community. Our participation was captured in this video.
Additionally, our team regularly sponsors drives for both food and hard goods, which are packaged by the team and delivered to the Nourish NJ headquarters.
Measuring satisfaction:
BCN uses company-wide surveys to measure team member satisfaction, capturing sentiment and feedback on key issues. These surveys help us understand our employees’ perspectives and identify areas for improvement.
Work/Life:
While BCN believes strongly in the power of in-person collaboration to drive our success, we actively promote a work/life balance through flexible scheduling, remote work options, and generous vacation policies. Specifically, Summer Fridays from May through September have been tremendously successful.
BCN has a very generous vacation and PTO policy. We offer 13 holidays throughout the year, in addition to allotted PTO. Vacation hours are based on tenure. We believe this provides our team members with ample opportunities to recharge and spend time with family and friends.
Perks:
Health and wellness are top on our list of priorities. A wide array of healthy snacks and beverages are always available free of cost. Full kitchens are available for those who wish to bring or prepare their own meals.
Fun:
Organized by the BCN Camaraderie Committee, birthday celebrations are held in each office monthly and 2x a month lunch is provided for all. Our offices provide wonderful opportunities for team members to walk outside during lunch or breaks.
Communication and Collaboration Tools:
BCN utilizes a range of communication and collaboration tools to facilitate seamless interaction and teamwork among our remote and office-based employees. Primarily, we rely on the extensive features and applications of Microsoft Teams for efficient and effective communication. Additionally, we use SharePoint sites and groups, as well as Google Docs, to support collaboration within teams of all sizes. These tools ensure that our team members can work together smoothly, regardless of their location.
BCN ensures that all employees have access to the necessary technology and resources to effectively perform their roles, regardless of their location, through several key initiatives. We utilize our own BCN Cloud Voice services and an industry-leading SD-WAN platform to ensure robust access and enforce essential security policies. Our state-of-the-art VDI infrastructure is deployed across the company, serving both in-office and remote employees. Additionally, all team members have ready access to the BCN IT Resource Team and Help Desk for assistance with any issues that may arise, ensuring continuous support and smooth operation.
How corporate vision is communicated:
BCN communicates our corporate vision and goals regularly across the organization through multiple channels. We hold quarterly All-Hands calls and provide quarterly written communication detailing our performance against KPIs and the impact on the business. Starting in 2024, we will also incorporate video messaging as a key part of our communication strategy, enhancing our ability to convey important messages more effectively and engagingly.
Empowering employees:
Our commitment to the BCN Experience is built upon three major components: Employee, Partner, and Customer excellence. Since 2020, we have implemented quarterly awards to recognize our team’s contributions in these three areas. Individuals are recognized in each category, along with one team for overall excellence. These recognitions are particularly meaningful as they are based on submissions from BCN team members and evaluated and voted on by a designated group of peers. The awards are shared externally via LinkedIn and internally via company email, and recipients receive ‘badges’ for their email signatures.
Additionally, with an average employee tenure of 10 years, we recognize and reward employees at significant milestones—1, 5, 10, 15, 20, and 25 years. These recognitions are shared personally, company-wide, and on LinkedIn. Our recognition programs contribute to a sense of appreciation and belonging by publicly celebrating achievements and fostering a culture of peer acknowledgment and respect.
