Advancement Opportunities:

In 2019, we implemented a Performance Review process where managers and employees align on annual goals and complete performance evaluations. In addition to organizational goals, each employee is encouraged to include one professional development goal which often requires attainment of an advanced certification.

Training Opportunities:

We have an 8-week onboarding process that includes daily (virtual) training sessions for all newly-hired Sales reps.

Very few if any employees go into an office. Employees have the option to work 100% remotely and this flexibility has contributed to an employee-centric life/work balance.

Work/Life:

Full-time employees accrue PTO on a pro-rata basis throughout the year, ranging from 128hrs per year to 209hrs per year. This is in addition to 7 holidays and 2 floating holidays.

In March of 2020, we sent all employees home to work virtually and have converted all positions to 100% remote.

Perks:

Since everyone works from home, home internet and cell phones are reimbursed.

Fun:

For team building, once a year we bring all employees together for a week-long, in person meeting with team building exercises and training. In past years we have had day-long outings to TopGolf and “game day” at Pittsburgh Pirates games.
