As an example, our customer experience team technicians can individually make decisions regarding network performance matters. If they observe a material change in a customer’s performance, they can immediately make network adjustments to correct or improve any material customer experience matter.

Ensuring well-being:

Brightlink does not publish a standard set of work hours but they are communicated to employees when hired. Many employees outside of our 24×7 NOC will choose to work outside of standard hours to meet timelines, assist customers or work with our International partners.

Some team members can make their own schedule so long as work tasks are accomplished and milestones set forth in their compensation and performance plans are met. PTO ranges from 2 – 4 weeks per year.

We have an open and collaborative work environment that encourages both personal and professional communication. Many team members socialize outside of work and maintain personal friendships. Team members are supportive of each other and regularly share in work load or capacity challenges. The company also provides free access to the health and wellness center to encourage physical well being.

Longevity:
