We constantly ask for feedback and regularly check in with employees regarding the need for change and why and how change will come about. Our managers have been trained on Change Management.

It is up to each department head to determine the work hours for their teams. We generally work daylight hours of slightly varied times throughout the company to accommodate our customers.
