We have multiple meetings that encourage working together as a team to meet company goals.

Ensuring well-being:

We do not make employees take work home after working hours. We encourage employees to enjoy time with their families and if need be we offer reimbursement for Relationship Bootcamp.

Our employee handbook states that work hours are Monday-Friday 8:30 AM-5:30 PM. Employees may leave early or come in late due to sickness, family emergency, appointments, etc. They just need to inform leadership.

Team members can request schedule changes due to travel time or other needs. Our PTO policy states that each employee gains 5 hours of PTO every pay period that can add up to a total of 15 days. Employees may also borrow up to 40 hours PTO if they are able to pay it back by end of year.

Phoenix will host a weight loss challenge to encourage employees to live a healthy lifestyle. We also allow employees to leave for a period of time during the day if necessary to provide caretaking for their children or family.

Diversity:

We hire first for Culture and secondly for talent, abilities and experience. We know no race, gender or age barriers.

Just as with our hiring process we look for culture first, then secondly for talent, abilities and experience.
