Ensuring well-being:

Per our handbook standard work hours are 8:30AM-5:30PM. Employees can deviate from these through manager approval based on specific needs such as traffic or child care and may come in late or leave early without taking PTO for appointments during the day.

Team members can make their own schedules based on their needs as long as they discuss and have it approved by their manager. Employees receive 5 hours of PTO with each pay and can accrue up to 15 days each year (this number increases with tenure and position). We also receive four floating holidays to use whenever we would like. Employees may also borrow up to 40 hours PTO as long as they are able to pay it back by the end of the year.

Phoenix will host a weight loss challenge to encourage employees to live a healthy lifestyle. We also allow employees to leave for a period of time during the day if necessary to provide caretaking for their children or family.

Longevity:

We proudly boast a 98% retention rate, with many employees here since the company’s founding, which speaks for itself.
