Fusion CEO Says ‘the Three C’s’ Help Drive Organizational Excellence

TMC Tech Culture recently spoke Fusion CEO Matt Rosen about his leadership style and the company’s culture overall.happy people

Rosen describes himself as a high-energy leader with an objective-driven style who tries to instill a can-do attitude throughout the organization. Fusion, he adds, is a company that is forward thinking and fast. You’ll find a mix of youth and experience in the Fusion team, he says, adding that includes “seasoned professionals with the magic combination of talent and heart, willing to work the long hours required to deliver an experience that not only meets our customers’ expectations, but literally takes their breath away!”

Fusion wants to be known as a company with the best vision, the best strategy, the best people and the best plan, he adds.

“To achieve that purpose, I try to set the tone through what I call the three C’s: clarity, communication, and commitment,” he says. “Accessibility and a frank exchange of ideas is paramount, and I encourage direct employee engagement on matters large and small.”

To facilitate the exchange of ideas, Rosen holds a monthly call from one of the Fusion offices. During each of these calls Rosen and his team focus on the key attributes that drive the company’s success.
